Customer-side extraction

Filter evaluation: send filters, stamps and tape-lifts

Do you already carry out the extraction yourself? After technical consultation you can send us suitable analysis filters, particle stamps or tape-lift samples for evaluation and reporting.

Which sample carriers we accept.

After prior technical consultation we evaluate suitable sample carriers and issue a test report.

Analysis filters

Filters from your own extraction and filtration.

Filter membranes

Membranes by agreement on format and transport.

Particle stamps

Stamp samples from component surfaces.

Tape-lift samples

Adhesive tape lifts from surfaces.

Comparable carriers

Other suitable sample carriers after consultation.

The information we need.

How meaningful the evaluation is depends on correct sampling and documentation.

Sampling

  • component and test area
  • date and procedure of sampling
  • handling and packaging

Extraction method

  • method and parameters
  • extraction medium
  • filtration and filter type

Test objective

  • your specification or factory standard
  • required evaluation
  • limit values, if any

What is accredited and what is not.

Extraction at the customer is not an accredited TecClean process. A sample produced elsewhere cannot automatically be evaluated under accreditation. We check which parts of the service are accredited based on the current accreditation annex and tell you before we confirm the order.

Four steps to your test report

How a filter evaluation works.

  1. 01

    Send your requirement

Share the component, drawing, limit value, standard or customer requirement.

  2. 02

    Clarify feasibility and scope

Together with you, TecClean determines which test scope is required and technically feasible.

  3. 03

    Ship the parts

Send the sample or test lots to TecClean, securely packed.

  4. 04

    Testing and report

TecClean carries out the agreed analysis and provides the test report.

For suitable parcel-sized samples: optional express processing within 1 to 2 working days. The day of delivery is not counted.

FAQ

Questions about filter evaluation

Can I send only a filter or particle stamp?

Yes. Do you already carry out the extraction yourself? After technical consultation you can send us suitable analysis filters, particle stamps or tape-lift samples for evaluation and reporting.

What information do you need?

For a reliable classification we need details of the sampling, the extraction method and the test objective, plus the part designation and your specification.

Is filter evaluation accredited?

The extraction takes place at your site and is not an accredited TecClean process. A sample produced elsewhere is not automatically evaluated under accreditation. We clarify in advance, based on the accreditation annex, what applies to your order.
